Briefly About Screen Printing
Screen printing is a printing technique that leaves a print on almost any flat surface. It can be printed on ceramics, plastic, wood, and similar substrates. The shape and purpose of the substrate are also not important. Screen printing is most commonly used in the textile industry because it is very suitable for printing on different textile materials.
One of the many advantages of screen printing is that this technique allows for different thicknesses of the ink layer on the print. This gives the printed material a certain degree of relief, making it appear as a three-dimensional object. For this reason, screen printing is sometimes called 3D printing.
Another great advantage of screen printing lies in its cost-effectiveness when printing large quantities. This is why screen printing is an extremely popular printing technique for high-volume production.
Color Printing
Color printing in the screen printing technique involves printing with four basic colors (CMYK) Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black. By combining these four colors, a color image is created, similar to digital printing. However, in this technique, certain shades cannot be achieved, which is when separation is used. You can read more about it in the description of separation. Despite these minor limitations, over 90% of color prints can be produced using this technique.
For color printing, we use film-coated foils and the highest quality inks, ensuring premium print quality and feel. For color prints made with water-based inks, the highest quality feel is achieved, which practically means the print is not noticeable to the touch on the material.

Multi-Color Printing
Multi-color printing refers to designs where the entire area of color is of the same shade, with no transitions from shade to shade. Of course, it is possible to print a design with multiple colors where each color is of the same shade. Also, using the halftone technique, different shades can be obtained from one color, depending on the substrate color and by combining halftones of two or more colors. Due to the ease of use and low production costs, this is one of the most widespread screen printing techniques in our market.
Separation Preparation for Printing
When talking about full-color printing in screen printing, such as photographs, all the shades of color are derived from the four basic colors (CMYK). This is achieved by printing dots, either next to or on top of each other, and the shade depends on the size and base color of the dots. However, with this technique, not all shades can be achieved, or the shades may not match the color preparation of the design being printed. In such cases, color separation is used.
Color separation involves separating colors in the preparation phase, where exact colors are extracted according to the PANTONE scale, resulting in the same shades in the print as in the preparation. Sometimes up to 12 colors are separated to achieve a print identical to the preparation. This technique produces the highest quality full-color prints.

SCREEN PRINTING
LARGE FORMAT SCREEN PRINTING
Plotter Printing
Large format printing involves printing for indoor and outdoor use. The advantage of “large format” is that there are no size limitations! We print on PVC foil, paper, tarpaulin, canvas, wallpaper, all depending on the client’s needs, technical, and atmospheric conditions.
Materials and Applications
- PVC Foils: Self-adhesive, matte or glossy, transparent or opaque, primarily used for advertising purposes, such as wrapping advertising boards, windows, billboards, vehicle branding, etc. Mostly for outdoor use as they are weather-resistant.
- Paper (self-adhesive or non-adhesive): 80 g/m2 – 250 g/m2, matte or glossy. Mostly used for printing CAD and GIS drawings, posters, and any materials displayed indoors.
- PVC Tarpaulin: With eyelets for fastening, used for advertising messages where a tarpaulin is stretched. Mostly for outdoor use, as it is weather-resistant.
- Canvas (artistic canvas): Used for reproductions of artwork but also for various other purposes.
- Mesh or perforated tarpaulin: Often used for branding large facades exposed to wind. Commonly seen on buildings and larger structures. It is highly breathable due to its perforated structure and does not obstruct visibility or block daylight.
- One-Way Vision or perforated foil: Exclusively used for branding glass surfaces, such as windows, glass doors, or the rear windows of cars, pickups, or vans. The perforations allow visibility from the inside while displaying the printed ad from the outside. It is used when clients want to brand windows but preserve natural light.

Vehicle Graphics
Vehicle branding or auto graphics can involve partial or full printing, wrapping with unprinted foil, or applying cut-out designs. This can be done on any type of vehicle, whether passenger, cargo, or sports. You can design the graphic yourself, or we can turn your idea into a graphic or provide you with a design solution.
Advantages
For commercial branding, the advantage is that your business is advertised wherever you are, 24 hours a day.
For private vehicles, you can always be unique, special, and one-of-a-kind.
Materials
Auto graphics use foils specially designed for this purpose. While monomeric and polymeric foils are used for other cases, CAST foils are used for auto graphics. We offer a wide range of CAST foil colors in both matte and glossy finishes, as well as special textured foils such as carbon fiber, brushed aluminum, and more. It is also possible to apply special transparent protective foil designed to protect the vehicle from damage caused by sand, small stones, and similar factors.
Billboards
Billboards can be printed on regular blue-back paper (for short periods) or PVC foil (for longer periods), depending on the client’s needs. There are no limitations on size.
In addition to printing, we can also arrange the installation of the print on the billboard.

Roll-Up Sets
Roll-Up banners are portable, easy-to-assemble panels with a pull-up/pull-down mechanism. Made of aluminum, they are very light and easy to transport and assemble. Roll-Up banners are a great investment as the advertising message can be easily changed, so a roll-up can be used for years.
Roll-Up banners are intended for indoor use, as they are not weather-resistant. They can be displayed individually or in groups, where several roll-ups present a single advertising message
